A: We ship all orders via Australia Post, with both Standard and Express options available for domestic and international deliveries.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched domestic orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days (Express) or 5–10 business days (Standard). International delivery times depend on destination.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide via Australia Post. Note that customs fees or delays may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return an item for a refund?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. In some cases (eg incorrect size), exchanges may be approved at the buyer’s shipping cost.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ( admin@suziik.com.au ) with photos of the issue
We’ll resolve it promptly!

Q: Do you offer store credit?
A: Yes! Approved returns may receive store credit valid for 30 days.

Gift Vouchers
Q: How long are gift vouchers valid?
A: Gift vouchers expire 30 days after purchase. Use them at checkout before the expiry date!

Q: Can I extend my voucher’s validity?
A: Unfortunately, extensions cannot be granted. We recommend using your voucher as soon as possible.
